Venue & Hotel

The majority of our weekend events will take place at at Hostal de la Gavina, nestled in the picturesque town of S'Agaró along Spain’s stunning Costa Brava region. We have arranged rooms for our guests at Hostal de la Gavina with favorable rates (starting at ~220 euros), as well as another nearby option. Breakfast and day-time activities will also be held at Hostal de la Gavina over the course of the weekend, ending with a pool party on Monday. Information regarding booking will be provided in the coming months.

Travel through Barcelona

For the most convenient travel to S'Agaró, we recommend flying into Barcelona (BCN) and driving to the hotel, which is approximately an hour and twenty minutes from the Barcelona airport. To ensure the best prices, we urge everyone to book flights promptly. Direct flights from JFK, LAX, and SFO start at $550, while flights with layovers to BCN start at $400.

Travel through Madrid

An alternative option is to fly into Madrid (MAD). There are direct flights available from more major U.S. airports to Madrid compared to Barcelona. Additionally, there are frequent flights between Madrid and Barcelona. Alternatively, there is a three and a half hour train between Madrid and Girona, providing another travel option.
